The MOOD project aims to develop innovative tools and services for the early detection, assessment, and monitoring of current and future infectious disease threats across Europe in the context of continuous global, environmental, and climatic change.

Dataset Description Metadata Download Cumulative Temperature mask Ixodes ricinus This boolean mask is run every 8 days identifying suitable/unsuitable areas based only on the temperature limits of Ixodes ricinus. In this case identified as >6 and less then 26 centigrade.
